I’ll be doing casual pubmeets across the U.S. the next month or so. Just hanging out. But I’ll have books on hand to sell and sign. And you can just stop by to have a drink and chat. We can talk history, philosophy, culture, or anything we have any thoughts on. And if you know anyone in these towns who would be interested, let them know!

I did make it and was there the whole time. But I expect the road conditions were prohibitive for you to make it. Entirely reasonable.
Sorry we cannot drive into St. Louis to meet you this evening, due to the snow. I heard your talk at the Ethical Society Mid-Rivers several years ago and have been working my way through a book I bought then so was looking forward to this evening. It would be nice if you were able to reschedule, but I know that’s not easy to do.
Yeah, those road conditions were scary. Glad you opted to stay home! I’ll do it again someday when the weather is better.
